The photographer, British born, Stuart Lawson, has spent most of his life living in 11 countries around the world as a banker including 26 years based in Moscow. Since January 2022 he has moved to France and is continuing his studio work and is documenting local personalities and athletes.
A lifelong amateur photographer, Stuart had the opportunity to document the backstage life of the Perm and Stanislavski and Nemirovich-Danchenko ballets producing three books and culminating in a major exhibition at Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel in Moscow, sponsored by Porche. The new collection for 'Dancers Soul' Dubai was created in the studio with dancers from the Bolshoi ballet.
Stuart Lawson is looking forward discovering new ideas and subjects of his art. His next project will contain photography of different sport professionals and music virtuosos in order to show the beauty of the movements, energy and talant.
